The Central Bank of Azerbaijan said the U.S. dollar was unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

According to Report, the euro fell 0.2% to 1.9875 manats, while the Russian rouble strengthened 1.2%, with 100 roubles trading at 2.2139 manats.
