Czech energy operator ČEPS intends to buy natural gas from Azerbaijan, PM says

Czech national energy operator ČEPS also intends to buy natural gas from Azerbaijan, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said in a press statement with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Babis said Azerbaijan was gradually increasing its gas production.

“The company’s head is also with us today, and we would be very pleased if we could sign a long-term contract with Azerbaijan for gas supplies,” he said.
