Net profit of PAŞA Kapital rises 59% in 2025
Net profit of investment company PAŞA Kapital rose 59% year-on-year to 3.5 million manats in 2025, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Elnur Fatullayev said.
The company’s revenue increased to 9.9 million manats in 2025 from 8.4 million manats a year earlier.
“Net interest income rose from 1.6 million manats to 2.4 million manats, while fee and commission income amounted to 6.3 million manats,” Fatullayev said.
According to him, brokerage, intermediary and underwriting activities accounted for the largest share of commission income. Brokerage operations generated 70% of total fee and commission income.
Income from underwriting activities rose to 1.8 million manats, accounting for around one-third of commission income.
PAŞA Kapital’s net profit margin stood at 25.3% in 2025, while return on equity (ROE) reached 14.5%.
Fatullayev said the company’s assets rose to 64.8 million manats, the highest level among investment companies in Azerbaijan. At the same time, liabilities fell by 1.6 million manats, while equity increased to 18.7 million manats.
He added that the company’s financial statements were audited by international audit firm EY.
