Seven railway wagons carrying grain have been shipped from Russia to Armenia in transit through Azerbaijan, marking another agricultural cargo delivery along the route.

The shipment was transported by rail through Azerbaijan under existing regional transit arrangements. The grain is intended for the Armenian market and highlights the continued use of selected transport corridors linking Russia and Armenia.

Transit routes through Azerbaijan remain one of the available channels for cargo shipments between Russia and Armenia amid constraints affecting other transport links in the region.
