Gas exports to Turkey via BTE reach nearly 86 bcm

Around 86 billion cubic metres of natural gas have been exported to Turkey through the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline since it began operations.

The pipeline, also known as the South Caucasus Pipeline, was commissioned 19 years ago.

The BTE pipeline carries natural gas from the Shah Deniz gas condensate field to the Turkish market.
