Trump to meet Zelenskiy at White House on Tuesday

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy at the White House on Tuesday, a White House official said.

Zelenskiy is expected to travel to Washington to attend the funeral of Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, one of Ukraine’s most prominent supporters in the U.S. Congress.

It will be the leaders’ second meeting this month. They previously met on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Turkey, where they discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defences and diplomatic efforts to end the war.
