MİDA to put 535 subsidized apartments up for sale in Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh
The State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MİDA) has announced the upcoming sale of affordable apartments across residential complexes in Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh.
According to official data from the Agency, a total of 535 apartments will be placed on the online market on September 4, between 11:00 and 16:00. The allocation includes 1 unit in the Lankaran Residential Complex, 528 units in the Shirvan Residential Complex, and 6 units in the Yevlakh Residential Complex.
The selection process will be conducted digitally through the "Subsidized Housing" platform integrated into the E-Government Information System. Only citizens registered with an active electronic account in the system are eligible to participate. Registration dates and sequence numbers do not impact selection order.
All units are offered fully renovated, fitted with kitchen cabinetry, individual heating systems, and utility meters for water, gas, and electricity.
The Agency noted that all residential developments adhere to state construction standards, possess positive state expertise evaluation reports, and hold registered title deeds (extracts from the state real estate register) for immediate ownership transfer.
