Organizing Committee established for Azerbaijan International Investment Forum

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree establishing the Organizing Committee for the second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum.

Under the decree, Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov has been appointed Chairman of the Organizing Committee, with the Minister of Economy serving as Deputy Chairman. The committee comprises heads of key line ministries, state services, and agencies, as well as executive leadership from SOFAZ, SOCAR, AZAL, Azerenerji, and Azerishiq. The Ministry of Economy will function as the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee.

The committee is tasked with organizing the second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum scheduled for September 25–26 this year, developing the annual Action Plan, and coordinating its execution.
