PAŞA Bank declares 107 million manats in dividends for first half of 2026

PAŞA Bank declared 107.043 million manats in dividends to its shareholders in June 2026, board member and Chief Financial Officer Murad Suleymanov said.

He said that as of June 30, 2026, the bank’s basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at 5.16 manats, while its average return on equity (ROAE) was 10.3%.

Suleymanov said 53.5225 million manats of the declared dividend, equivalent to about 2.86 manats per share, was paid on July 10. The remaining 53.5225 million manats is expected to be paid in the second half of October.

He said the dividend payout ratio for the 107 million manat dividend was 57.7%, while the ratio for the 129 million manat dividend paid in December 2025 was 59%. The bank’s minimum dividend payout ratio has been set at 30-40% of net profit.

Suleymanov added that the bank’s expectations for its 2026 dividend payout ratio would be announced at the end of the year.
