On September 19, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry summoned the French Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Zacharie Gross, and handed him the note of protest over the attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in France by radical Armenian groups in this country, reported from the Foreign Ministry
