Bayramov briefs Jordanian foreign minister on Armenia peace process

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi in Baku.

Bayramov briefed his Jordanian counterpart in detail on the normalisation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including agreements reached between the sides.

The ministers also discussed prospects for expanding Azerbaijani-Jordanian relations, including cooperation in the economy, energy, transport and humanitarian fields.

Following the talks, Azerbaijan and Jordan signed documents on mutual visa exemption for holders of ordinary passports and cooperation in the energy sector.
