Azerbaijani, Armenian leaders avoid meeting at UN climate conference in Paris

Some analysts expect a meeting between Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev to be held after the constitutional referendum in Armenia, which is scheduled for December 6.
