French Senate adopts bill criminalizing denial of so-called Armenian genocide

The Senate of France on Friday adopted the bill criminalizing the denial of acts of genocide, including the so-called Armenian genocide, said the coordinator of the Council of Armenian Organizations in France, Mourad Papazian, according to Armenian media, APA reports.
The bill was adopted by 156 votes in favor to 146 against.
