Paediatrician: "We witness children are negatively affected by coronavirus"

"The COVID-19 virus can affect all age groups, including children. Especially, the presence of infected people around them may lead to COVID-19 infection in children,” said the head of the department of the children's polyclinic No. 15, paediatrician Shukufa Alikishibayova.

She said that although it is considered that children are not affected by the disease and are less likely to get serious diseases in the early stages of the coronavirus, recently it has been observed that children are also negatively affected by the coronavirus.
