Azerbaijan celebrating Day of Knowledge

Today is the Day of Knowledge in Azerbaijan.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, classes in Azerbaijan will reopen a bit later, with primary school students going to school on September 22 and university students on September 29.

Beginning from 2015/2016, classes in the country start on September 15 and end on June 14.

September 15 is marked in Azerbaijan as the Day of Knowledge under the order of President Ilham Aliyev, dated August 21, 2004.
