International delegation to carry out fact-finding mission in liberated territories arrives in Azerbaijan

"The next international delegation to carry out a fact-finding mission in the liberated territories has arrived in Azerbaijan. We will conduct an onsite investigation into the war crimes committed by Armenia during the occupation of Azerbaijani lands, the destruction of cultural monuments, and environmental terrorism,” the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, told journalists.
