Azerbaijani government takes measures to contain rise in prices for butter

The remissions for the import of butter and its components to Azerbaijan have been extended for another two years.

The Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision on amending the "Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity, rates of import and export customs duties."

The benefits will be extended from the end of this year to the end of 2023. The specified goods are subject to import customs duties of 5%. Previously, the import customs duty of 15% was applied to the import of products.
