The mother-of-four was spotted arriving at JFK airport yesterday after whizzing across the pond, where she appeared alongside Michel Sidibé, the Executive Director of UNAIDS.Talking at the UN General Assembly press conference in the Big Apple today, the former Spice Girl said: “I’m a mother, I’m a woman, I want to reach out and help as many women and mothers as I can.
