Gas prices in Europe amount to almost $400 for 2nd day in row

The price of gas futures in Europe amounted to almost $395 per thousand cubic meters. This figure corresponds to the closing level of trading the day before, reported from the London ICE exchange.

June (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the largest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands) opened trading on Friday close to the level of Thursday - at $395.3 per thousand cubic meters. Then it fell to $394.8 (-0.1%).

The dynamics of quotations are based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $395.2 per thousand cubic meters.
