Azerbaijan offers 150 new rent-to-own apartments in Baku starting from AZN 954/month

Azerbaijan’s Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF) has announced the availability of 150 newly renovated apartments under its rent-to-own scheme in a residential complex on Jafar Khandan Street, Binagadi district, Baku.

According to the fund, the apartments — consisting of one-, two- and three-room units — are offered starting at AZN 954 in monthly payments. Apartment selection will begin on May 15, 2025, via the e-Government portal (e-gov.az).

The units are located in two buildings: entrance No. 248 (15 floors) and No. 250 (16 floors), with apartments situated between the 2nd and 14th/15th floors. The floor area ranges from 61 to 114.5 square meters.

To date, 6,978 contracts have been signed under the rent-to-own program. Additional information is available on mcgf.gov.az, the fund’s official YouTube channel, or via the “1549” call center.
