Azerbaijani army serviceman beaten to death

An Azerbaijani army serviceman has been beaten to death by a fellowsoldier, the Ministry of Defense said.

Yasar Ahadzada hit Ilkin Musayev with a metal stick in the head followinga dispute, the ministry said. Musayev died of the injury later in the day.

No further details were given.

The Military Prosecutor’s Office initiated criminal proceedings.
