At the invitation of the university’s Rector, Assoc. Professor Yashar Omarov, Nar’s management visited Ganja and met with the university leadership. During the meeting, they discussed upcoming initiatives focused on professional talent development. Following this, Nar CEO Özgür Genc, met with students taking part in the career training, sharing his professional experience and offering practical advice.

The training program, developed and conducted by Nar’s professional team, aims to strengthen the skills of students studying technical disciplines and prepare them for the labor market. Delivered in an interactive format, it covered topics including launching a successful career in the telecommunications sector, setting key career goals, preparing for job interviews, and making effective use of current social media platforms.

The trainings are part of Nar’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in the field of education and are conducted in partnership with Azerbaijan Technological University.
