Trump pins Truth Social post warning Iran of possible use of force
30.01.2026 09:30

U.S. President Donald Trump pinned a post on his Truth Social platform on Wednesday, issuing a stark warning to Iran and saying he was prepared to use force if necessary.

“As with Venezuela, he is ready, willing and able to carry out his mission swiftly, including through the use of force if required,” Trump wrote.

He said he hoped Iran would “quickly come to the negotiating table” and agree to a “fair and equal deal” that would involve abandoning its nuclear weapons ambitions.

“Time is running out. (…) The next attack would be far worse. Do not let this happen again,” he added.
