Armenia says relations with Russia in transformation phase — PM Pashinyan

Nikol Pashinyan said Armenia-Russia relations are currently undergoing a transformation, with his country determined to strengthen ties with Moscow.

Pashinyan recalled the decisive role of Vladimir Putin and the Russian Federation in brokering the ceasefire with Azerbaijan in November 2020.

He added there are no concerns or new plans regarding Russian military bases in Armenia and emphasized that the country maintains close political and economic relations with Russia.
