Azerbaijan establishes Digital Development Council -DECREE

The Digital Development Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been established.

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect.

The decree was signed to determine priority areas in digitalization, e-government, artificial intelligence, and innovation in Azerbaijan, to strengthen national technological potential, reinforce digital sovereignty, accelerate the transition to an innovation-based economic model, and ensure the unified and coordinated implementation of state policy in this field.
