Bitcoin price increases

Bitcoin rose 1.38% over the past 24 hours to $75,066, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

On a weekly basis, BTC gained 5.74%.

The second-largest cryptocurrency, Ethereum, increased 1.52% over the day to $2,357. Over the past seven days, ETH has risen by 8.11%.

Analysts say the upward trend is driven by the return of large investors to the market and an increase in global risk appetite.
