Azerbaijan’s car imports from Georgia fall sharply in first quarter

Azerbaijan imported 919 passenger cars from Georgia worth $29.8 million in January-March, according to data from Georgia’s National Statistics Office trade portal.

That was down 41.15% in value terms from a year earlier and by more than half in volume.

Georgia exported a total of 14,237 passenger cars worth $364.5 million in the first quarter, with Azerbaijan accounting for 6.46% of the total.
