Hezbollah drone explodes near Israeli military helicopter in Lebanon — Maariv

A Hezbollah drone exploded near an Israeli military helicopter during an evacuation of wounded soldiers in southern Lebanon, Israeli newspaper Maariv reported.

The drone exploded several metres from the troops as the helicopter was taking part in a rescue operation, the report said. No casualties were reported from the blast.

Israeli media said the evacuation followed a clash in which IDF Sergeant Idan Fuchs was killed.
