SOCAR becomes sole shareholder of EKOL Mühəndislik Xidmətləri

SOCAR has become the sole shareholder of Azerbaijani environmental services company EKOL Mühəndislik Xidmətləri after Lancer Services S.A., which held a 49% stake, sold its shares, the company’s financial statements showed.

Following the deal, SOCAR’s stake in the company rose to 100%. EKOL Mühəndislik Xidmətləri was founded in March 2006 and has charter capital of 4.072 million manats.

The company provides environmental services including treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater, neutralisation of oil sludge, remediation of oil-contaminated land and environmental impact assessment for enterprises.
