Iran Air to expand Tehran-Baku flight services
Iran Air plans to increase flights on the Tehran-Baku route to twice a week starting next week.
Mohammad Mir Rezaie, the airline’s official representative for the Baku route, said the carrier plans to add another service following the reopening of Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport.
Flights between Tehran and Baku are expected to operate on Mondays and Fridays, he said, adding that the airline sees potential to expand services to as many as six flights per week depending on demand and conditions.
Mir Rezaie also said Iran Air plans to launch flights on the Baku-Mashhad route.
