State Migration Service issues appeal to foreigners traveling by Baku-Tbilisi passenger train

In accordance with the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, entry and exit by railway transport on the Baku–Tbilisi–Baku route for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and citizens of all foreign countries entitled to visa-free entry to Azerbaijan has been restored starting from 00:00 on May 25, 2026.

Foreigners and stateless persons traveling to the Republic of Azerbaijan via this route and leaving the country after the end of their stay must be informed about the requirements of Azerbaijan’s migration legislation.
