Bitcoin fell to around $61,000 as the cryptocurrency market remained under pressure.

Market data showed the world’s largest cryptocurrency losing several percentage points over the past 24 hours, while its weekly decline exceeded 17%.

Analysts said the selloff was driven by a stronger U.S. dollar, shifting expectations for U.S. interest rates and weaker demand for risk assets.
