Azerbaijan laptop output falls 51.5% in January-May

Azerbaijan produced 692 laptops and 287 desktop computers in January-May 2026, the State Statistics Committee said.

Laptop production fell by 51.5% from the same period last year, while desktop computer output dropped by 83.1%.

No laptops were produced in May. Desktop computer production in May stood at 113 units, about 10 times higher than a year earlier.

In 2025, Azerbaijan produced 27,645 laptops and 2,920 desktop computers. Laptop output rose by 3.5% from 2024, while desktop computer production fell by 52%.
