Azerbaijan sends new batch of oil products to Armenia
Azerbaijan has dispatched another batch of oil products to Armenia as part of humanitarian assistance, the State Agency for Reserves said on Sunday.
According to the agency, the shipment was sent from the Sumgayit Technology Park and will be transported to Armenia via Georgia.
The decision to provide humanitarian aid was made by President Ilham Aliyev following an explosion at an oil products storage facility in the Armenian city of Artik.
Azerbaijan has previously sent several consignments of diesel fuel and other oil products to Armenia to help deal with the aftermath of the emergency.
