ABB supports youth and children’s sports initiatives

The Real Madrid Foundation, which organizes football camps in various countries around the world, has carried out the “Real Madrid Foundation Azerbaijan Clinic” program in Azerbaijan for the fourth time this year, with ABB as the main sponsor and Footland as the organizer.

The football camp, held on the grounds of Sabis Sun International School, was also supported by Visa. Liv Bona Dea Hospital contributed to the project as a medical partner.

The aim of organizing such a camp is to teach football and sporting values to 300 children aged 6–17, while helping all participants gain a unique experience. The project has been designed in accordance with international standards. Under the guidance of highly qualified coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation, participants receive specialized training that enables them to improve their game and learn the values promoted by the Real Madrid Foundation.

Following this year’s clinic, a group of participants will represent the Azerbaijan Clinic Program at the “Real Madrid Foundation World Challenge” tournament in Madrid, Spain.

It is worth noting that participants from last year’s Azerbaijan Clinic Program took part in the same tournament in March this year and won the bronze medal, finishing in third place among teams from 30 countries.
