Azeri Light crude falls below $73 a barrel
The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude fell by $2.88, or 3.82%, to $72.46 per barrel, Report said, citing a source in the oil market.
Brent crude futures for September stood at $68.79 per barrel, while Azeri Light on a FOB basis at Turkey’s Ceyhan port fell by $2.85, or 3.91%, to $69.98 per barrel.
Azerbaijan’s 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.
