Gold futures near $4,200 on COMEX

Gold futures near $4,200 on COMEX

Gold futures rose on the New York COMEX commodity exchange, part of CME Group.

August 2026 futures for one troy ounce of gold increased by 1.56% to $4,190.10.

September 2026 silver futures also rose, gaining 2.99% to $62.89 per ounce.

COMEX is one of CME Group’s markets for trading key precious metals futures contracts, including gold and silver.
