Bitcoin continued to rise on cryptocurrency markets, CoinMarketCap data showed. 

The world’s largest cryptocurrency gained 1.99% to $64,148.48. Ethereum rose 1.89% to $1,812.96, while BNB added 0.11% to $588.5.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalisation stood at $2.15 trillion, up 0.87% over the past 24 hours.
