The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude rose in global markets.

Azeri Light crude on a CIF basis increased by $6.41, or 8.5%, to $82.07 per barrel.

The previous price of Azerbaijani crude stood at $75.66 per barrel.

The rise comes as global oil prices continue to gain amid concerns over supply risks linked to tensions in the Middle East.
