Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude trades at $79 a barrel

The price of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude rose to $79 a barrel on international markets, according to market sources. 

Azeri Light traded at about $79 per barrel on a CIF basis at Italy’s Augusta port, while the FOB price at Türkiye’s Ceyhan port was lower. 

Azerbaijan’s 2026 state budget is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel.
