Hot, mainly dry weather forecast for Azerbaijan on Friday

Mainly dry weather is forecast for Baku and the Absheron peninsula on Friday, Azerbaijan’s National Hydrometeorological Service said.

Temperatures in the capital are expected to range from 22-26 degrees Celsius overnight to 30-35 degrees during the day, with moderate northwesterly winds.

Most regions of Azerbaijan will remain dry, although some mountainous and foothill areas may see intermittent rain, thunderstorms and hail. Daytime temperatures elsewhere in the country are forecast at 33-38 degrees Celsius.
