Azerbaijan Health Ministry finds violations in 11 pharmacies in July inspections

In July 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center under the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan conducted inspections in 78 pharmacies, detecting irregularities and violations in 11 of them, according to the Center.

Out of the total inspections, 55 were carried out in Baku, while 23 took place in other cities and regions. The audit included 51 scheduled inspections, 26 unscheduled inspections, and one inspection conducted outside the standard scope.

Administrative protocols were drawn up under Articles 215.4, 221.1, 452.3, and 452.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan for the violations identified.
