Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli awarded Shohrat Order

Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, BP's Vice President for the Caspian, Central Asia, and Turkey region, has been awarded the "Shohrat" (Glory) Order.

President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive decree to this effect.

According to the decree, Aslanbayli received the prestigious award for his outstanding services to the development of Azerbaijan's oil industry.

It should be noted that Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli celebrates his 50th birthday tomorrow.
