Brent and WTI crude prices edge higher in global trading

Brent crude futures for October delivery rose by 0.08% to $87.79 per barrel during trading on the ICE Futures Europe exchange in London. 

Meanwhile, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures for September delivery advanced by 0.09% to $82.20 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).
