Kapital Bank to Pay Dividends

Kapital Bank OJSC is preparing to distribute dividends to its shareholders. The proposal has been included in the agenda for the general meeting of shareholders scheduled for October 6.

The shareholders' meeting will take place at the bank's head office in Baku.

Currently, PASHA Holding LLC owns an 81.08% stake in Kapital Bank OJSC, PASHA Insurance OJSC holds 7.52%, and the remaining 11.40% is held by other legal entities and individuals. The bank's charter capital stands at 265.85 million manats.
