Russia Ready to Discuss Restoring Railway Links in Armenia

Russia has expressed readiness to discuss the restoration of railway sections in Armenia leading to the borders with Turkiye and Azerbaijan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated in an interview with Public Television.

"Just two or three days ago, I received signals that Russian representatives are ready to discuss the nuances: who invests, how much, and so on," the minister said.

Mirzoyan stressed that the project's progression will depend on implementation terms and requires further review by relevant government agencies.
