102 top students awarded Presidential Scholarship

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order granting Presidential Scholarships to 102 students who achieved top scores across specialization groups in university entrance examinations for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Under the executive order, the prestigious state scholarship is conferred upon top-performing university entrants who gained admission to higher education institutions across the country, recognizing exceptional academic merit during nationwide entrance campaigns.
