Dollar steady at 1.70, ruble advances

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has released official foreign exchange rates for October 13. The US dollar remained unchanged at 1.7000 manats.

Meanwhile, the euro declined to 1.8992 manats, and the Turkish lira eased to 0.0344 manats. In contrast, the Russian currency gained ground, with 100 rubles strengthening to 2.0276 manats.
