President Ilham Aliyev Appoints New Head of Penitentiary Service

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has enacted personnel changes within the leadership of the Penitentiary Service under the Ministry of Justice. Under a presidential decree, Mirsaleh Miradil oglu Seyidov has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Minister of Justice and Head of the Penitentiary Service.

By another presidential decree, Sahib Jalil oglu Rzayev has been appointed the new Deputy Minister of Justice and Head of the Penitentiary Service of Azerbaijan.
