Azerbaijani president pays tribute to martyrs

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited Jan. 20 the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate the victims of the bloody January 1990 tragedy.
The president laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame memorial, Trend reports.
The National Anthem of Azerbaijan was also performed.
Attending the commemoration ceremony were also state and government officials, leaders of religious communities, ambassadors of foreign countries and representatives of international organizations functioning in Azerbaijan.
